Pre-order terms

These terms cover pre-orders of Everysaid bought on everysaid.com. Everysaid is made by sCrypt Inc., a Delaware company ("we", "us"). By pre-ordering, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A pre-order of Everysaid, an iPhone app that's still in development. It records the calls customers make to your mobile number and emails you notes after each call.
The first month costs $29, or the first year $290. You pay once, when you pre-order. Nothing renews automatically.
Everysaid is for iPhone users in the US on AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. Some prepaid plans don't allow call forwarding, which Everysaid needs.

When you get it

We expect Everysaid to open on or around November 23, 2026. When it opens, we'll email the address you used at checkout, explaining how to unlock your prepaid month or year in the app.
Your prepaid month or year starts when you unlock it.
If Everysaid hasn't opened by December 23, 2026, we'll refund you in full automatically.

Refunds

You can get a full refund, with no questions asked, until 30 days after we email you that Everysaid is open. The details are in our refund policy.

What may change

Everysaid is still being built, and its features may change before and after it opens.
Every recorded call starts with a short spoken notice that it's being recorded. You're responsible for using Everysaid lawfully where you and the people you talk to are.

Using Everysaid

Everysaid isn't for emergency calls. Call 911 from your iPhone's Phone app.
Once Everysaid opens, the app's own terms of service also apply. We'll show them to you before you start.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for your pre-order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. That doesn't remove any consumer rights you have where you live.
