Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can get a full refund, with no questions asked, until 30 days after we email you that Everysaid is open. Email [email protected] from the address you pre-ordered with, or include your Stripe receipt number.
If Everysaid hasn't opened by December 23, 2026, we'll refund every pre-order in full automatically. You don't need to ask.
Where the money goes: refunds go back to the payment method you used. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take longer.
After the 30 days: prepaid time isn't refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Who charged you: Stripe processes payments for sCrypt Inc., the company that makes Everysaid, so your receipt shows sCrypt Inc.
