Privacy policy

This policy covers everysaid.com and pre-orders of Everysaid. Everysaid is made by sCrypt Inc. ("we", "us"), 251 Little Falls Dr., Wilmington, DE 19808, USA. The Everysaid app will have its own privacy policy before it opens.

What we collect

• When you pre-order: your email address, what you bought and when, and a short reference code if you came from a link we sent you. Stripe processes your payment, so we never see or store your card or bank details.
• When you email us: your email address and your message.
• When you visit the site: no analytics and no trackers. Our hosts, GitHub and Cloudflare, keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

• We use it to take and fulfil your pre-order, email you when Everysaid opens, handle refunds and answer your questions.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• We share it with the services we use to do the above:
  • Stripe, for payments and refunds;
  • Google Workspace, for our email;
  • GitHub and Cloudflare, to host this site.
• We also share it when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

• We keep pre-order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• We keep your emails for as long as we need them to help you.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, and we'll reply within 30 days. Some payment records must be kept by law.

When Everysaid opens

The app's privacy policy will cover your calls. It will keep the promises on our pre-order page:

• Calls and notes are stored encrypted.
• Audio is deleted after 30 days.
• You can delete any call, or your whole account.
• We don't train AI on your calls, and we switch training off with the providers we use.

Children

Everysaid isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is important, we'll also email everyone who pre-ordered.
